With the exception of those that are really busy and have professional careers and are always on the go. Aside from that, I think it screams desperation. I have a friend who always goes on dates with people from online and I think she comes off as desperate.

yes, its the same kind of stigma that dating agencies had before good ol internet came along.
But im happily married and also have a girlfriend so im not desperate but i look around websites just to see whats on offer, also you can never have too many female friends and you never know when you might need an extra bit of company.
Try it, its good fun and you never have to meet anyone if you dont want, just send an email saying youve started dating…easy.

hello there well not really, online dating is another way of getting dates aside from the traditional way of looking for a partner.. For me, online dating presents an opportunity well might as well use it… It presents so many advantages like seeing people’s profiles and having to talk to them before you actually meet them in person..
