Go to Match.com. I met the love of my life on Match and just got engaged. Make sure to have them send you several pictures before you meet them, because some pictures can be quite deceiving… Talk to them on the phone before you meet them, and see what vibe they give you. Always meet in a public place.
Honestly, I recommend it, I even made platonic friends. Anyways, do not expect every single date to be the one. Just keep an open mind, the worst that can happen is that you end up with a buddy.
For the first date, I recommend to meet for just a coffee, in case you do not feel a connection, it gives you a quicker way out, versus going out to dinner.
