Those records are usually kept in the county where they took place and I would assume that they are too costly to scan for most of those jurisdictions unless they get a grant or some type of special funding for such a project. However, that would be the first place to check...the website for the county in which they resided in at the time of the divorce. If not living together, then the residence of the mother.
