newgrounds.com is a really good site with lots of free flash movies and games. If your looking for games click the games section near the top of the site and everything should be organized into the categories your looking for. You might have better luck with RPG games in the adventure section. And they have dating sims.
Well. I’d suggest what someone already suggested. Gaiaonline.com It’s a really good sight that you can roleplay, play other mini games such as pinball and black jack, and even do puzzels. You can talk with everyone on there and post in a journal. It’s pretty much everything that you asked for, with no downloads, and it’s free.
Try Xivio! Its an online game/virtual world/social networking site all in one and its free. No downloads either. You can load pictures, music and videos on your hompy and its 3d.
I have designed a lot of apartments and am able to have friends over to listen to music. There are a lot of rooms but you fall into the noob room when you start.

Is there a reason for these games? I think I’ve heard a few stories of people actually meeting playing games like the ones mentioned. I think the most common one is Second Life. I don’t know if that is a free one, but I’ve heard stories of people going on a webdate by meeting at a certain landmark in the game. I think one couple actually got married by meeting in the game!
