ok well, im 13, gay, & well, ive known i was gay 4 about a year. i met this guy online, dated him online, chatted on webcam, for about a month, hes 17, & he moved into the apartments across the street from my house about 2weeks ago, & i meet him at the park everyday, & we usaly just talk and walk around in the creek next to the park. we have had sex, & hes kissed me etc. i trust him, & he trusts me. He is very gentel with me, but hes turning 18 in about 3weeks. idk wat 2 do, cuz im 13, hell be 18! its againts the law 2 have sex wen hes 18 =( he said we cant do anythinh wen hes 18 =(( but i reaaaaly luv him and want to be able to have sex, kiss, etc…is their anyway we can? hes not hurting me, i want to do it. so is it still illegal? how can we do it without getting sent away to jail?

I went through a similar situation myself. I was 12 when I started having sex and I preferred older, more experienced boys as well.
The short answer is this. You can’t do anything my friend. When he turns 18, ANYONE that knows about your relationship can make one phone call to the authorities and he’ll be arrested with a possible permanent record of statutory rape. You don’t want to do that to him or put him in that risk. It’s time to move on… for both of you.
You are a bit young to be doing that. I understand that you don’t want to wait, especially now that you have done the act already.
Is it really that hard to do it, because he wants you to? If you love him, it will be more than sex and kissing. If you love him, then do this for him.
BTW: It’s not illegal to kiss, just to have sex. [If you absolutely can't wait, do it somewhere private, where no one will know about it (you should be doing that anyway)]
Well… if you must show affection for him, do it when no one else is around.
It is illegal, its called statutory rape(even if you are willing). He could be marked as some really bad things… and you dont want that, do you? So, if you dont, its best if you refrained from being physical with him, but if you must, do it in private.
