  Be yourself and put in a touch of humor. The thing is, if you try to make yourself out to be something different or better than what you are for the sake of attracting more mates, then you are doing yourself a disservice because you want to find someone who is right for you. If it asks about who you are, list the things that take up most of your day. If it asks what you are looking for, ask yourself the top qualities you would like to see in a mate (don’t say big boobs and red hair!). Just have fun with it and see how it goes… good for you for putting yourself out there.
