I’ve never tried it cuz someone can be posting fake pics of themselves, and make u think they’re like 20, and they’re really 60. Eww. Then if they ever want to meet u, they could like kill u or something when u get there. Im scared of them

Did you just meet him online? If so be very careful. I met mine on myspace haha right? the only reason I met him in person though is because I spoke about him to a friend and she knew him and knew he was a good guy. Otherwise I wouldnt have met him in person. Too big of a risk you have no idea who you’re actually talking to.

Never tried it; I think it’s stupid, no offence! But why in the heck would you date someone online unless you KNOW them in real life? I’m not trying to be mean but you never know if the guy you met online is a 67 yr. old rapist. You can get hurt [but if you dont, then lucky for you].
Im happy you found the love of your life online though. :]

Never tried it because I would feel pathetic. I have a hard time meeting nice girls in my area but I would feel like its an artificial way to meet someone. Not knocking anyone who does it, its just how I feel.
The closest I ever came to that was when I met a girl online and we became pen pals, thats cool though but I would never intentionally go looking for a mate online.

i don’t think on-line dating is not good its just doesn’t sound really natural and it sounds like a really lazy thing to do no offence.

Actually, when I was younger, I had an online boyfriend for 2 years. We would set up times to meet eachother online every day for at least a couple of hours.
That was over 6 years ago, and we’ve still never met, but we still keep in contact, and he is still one of my closest friends.
I always liked online dating because it let me express a lot of things right off the bat instead of beating around the bush or being scared to ask or say something, it’s a lot easier to be honest online. It’s also a lot easier to lie online, but that’s a risk one must take to find the man or woman of your dreams.
I’ve also met a lot of people online, then met in person I met a lot of REALLY good lays… lol, and a lot of truely wonderful friends to this day.
I know a lot of older adults say that it’s scary or wrong, or you could wind up dead, but the death rate to meeting people online is NOT that high, and besides as long as you use procausionary guidlines (Can’t spell!!) I really wouldn’t worry.
I did try and hide it from my family at first, they don’t agree with it, but they really don’t ridicule me for it either.
