  No, you have to have a ceremony. I would say that if one partner is having a relationship on line, there might be a problem within the marriage itself.

  Um……i think the best way to answer it is to actually meet!
  How can you be in a relationship if all you do it talk online? You have no idea if there is a mental/emotional/physical connection, you two may be completely uncompatible and not what you expected, so you hide behind the screen. That is not a real relationship.
