Ok, I met this girl a couple of months ago online, and we both came to the realization that we both really like each other. Our biggest problem is, we live on different sides of the country, literally. I am 16, and she is 15. We can’t very well get to either place very easily, and I would go visit her, by going on a plane, but I know my parents wouldn’t let me fly 4,000 miles away and stay in a hotel, and I’m pretty sure her parents wouldn’t let me go shack up with them for a week or 2. I am certain that I will find a way once I turn 18 to at least meet her, but until then, I am stuck. Does anybody have any advice as to resolve this?
Also, could you post your opinions on what you think of online relationships? I know someone is going to say “she” could very well be a 40 year old man, but I already know she isn’t. And please, don’t just put, “You freak you shouldn’t be dating online, just go out and meet a girl on your own turf!”
Uh… I know that this is very disorganized, and long, but I figured I would give a little of my predicament. I have never had a girlfriend, I have never really been out on a date. My parents are very overprotective, and I am sure would not “allow” me.
