Can A Non Catholic Get An Annulment From The Catholic Church??

I was married for 30 years and divorced.The ex left me for someone she met online.. I have met a Catholic lady who I am very fond of. She wants me to get an annulment to continue dating as the church dosen’t reconize a civil divorce and still cosiders me married . I am a born again Christian and attend a non demoninational church.
