Where Can I Get An Easy Html Countdown Timer For My Web Page?

I need a countdown timer for my online page,i dont own the site so i cant upload anything. =P
Anywho i’ve already looked around for countdown timers and they’re mostly very hard to figure the date and/or the:
e.g *timer*> until its my b’day <
the "until my b'day" is the bit i wish to configure.
