Popular Online Dating Sites And Matches?

Has anyone been to any of the popular online dating sites, filled out a profile and stuff, and didnt get a single match in your respective cities? I was thinking it was because I didnt get out much, but now I’m thinking there might be something that eliminates me.
And I’ve read some of the profiles after I changed my radius to 60 miles and the people there are messed up psychologically (talking about their ex-boyfriends and stuff.)

All Of My Online Dating Matches Have Had Problems. Anyone Else Have This Problem?

I recently started to try online dating services. The guys who pursue me seem ok at first, but as we talk, I find out that they have serious problems. I expected pervs (ran into a few), people on the rebound, men on the “down low”, or people who were actually married, but not people who had been to jail. One guy was on probation and was subsequently fired from his job for threatening his co-worker with a weapon. Another guy contacted me abducted his kids and took them to Nigeria and ended up going to jail for it. (I did a background check, he didn’t tell me. Needless to say I’ve not contact him back.)
There is nothing in my background or profile that even hints at the possibility that I would entertain someone with these backgrounds. I’ve been able to find all of these things out with initial conversations and internet checks – I generally keep probing until I find out the truth – then I end it. Has anyone else had this or similar problems?

Putting Online Dating Matches On Hold?

I joined an online dating website and suddenly I got a bunch of responses to my ad. I’ve been communicating with almost everyone who responded but now I would like to put some of them “on hold” so I can concentrate on the ones I’m more interested in. Is it correct to do that and if so what’s the best way to do it (and to tell them)? Or if not, should I keep at least a minimal communicating with everyone since I may be interested in them later if things don’t go well with my first options?

Oldest Christian Bible Matches Todays?

The oldest known copy of the Bibles New Testament as well as parts of the Old Testament and the Apocrypha, known as the Codex Sinaiticus and dating from the 4th century (300 A.D. to 399 A.D….that is before Muhommad b.570-d.632), has been deciphered and it matches todays Bible. Considering that Muhommad said that the Bible was valid…and considering that Muslims have believed that the modern Bible is corrupted…what does this mean? Should Muslims begin to study the Bible now?
