I am 28, and I got my heart destroyed a year ago by my ex-fiance. She decided to get drunk and sleep with her best friends’ husband after I went to sleep. Then I forgave her, and things weren’t the same and she went and started dating someone else. Now she is in love with him. We broke up for good around ten months ago, and I still have not even kissed another girl.
It seems like at the age of 28, all girls are either too young, too dumb, too immature, or taken. I would like to find a good Christian girl with good ethics and morals, as I am a Christian. Those seem impossible to find and I wouldn’t even know where to begin to look. I go to two seperate churches and both don’t provide me with any options. My dad is a pastor at one of them, and he suggests a small group, so I joined and it’s just a bunch of guys.
I told myself not to do online dating, but christianmingle.com looks like the only place I can go. So even though I am looking for an independent and strong willed girl, I will end up with a desperate one off the internet that who knows what she’s lying about until I meet her.
Where are all the good girls?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated…
