How Can I Create A Web Site Which People Must Log On To In Order To View Its Content?

I run a small school and was hoping to create a web page which the pareents of my students could log on to to view up coming events, due dates, school news, etc. Eventually I would also like to set up a system with which it would be possible for them to pay their monthly tuition online. Any tips for this little venture?

Should Online Dating Site Prevent Users To View Other Users Photos Until Interact With That User For A Week?

most people just look at the picture and went “no thanks, next” when that person is probably the one matches everything they are looking for..
I don’t believe people on dating site should see the pictures of the other until maybe after they have talked and know each other for about a week (based on message counts) then the site unlocks the feature to let them see each other’s picture
would an online dating site as such be successful in your opinion?

Ladies View Please?

There is this girl ive known for a year or two, we never talk on the phone, last night she was like do i have to be the one to always ask you out, you could of taken me to a movie if you were not feeling sick, then i was like lets go next week, then she was like ok, lets go get dinner first and then will go see a movie, is she beginning to feel something for me or something, and she almost everyday messages me over msn saying hi when ever she sees me online. Would you do this if you were not interested in a guy? But the weird thing is that she said that she would date me if we were the same religions, i am a Muslim and she is a Christian. Why would she want to go to a movie with me, if she thinks this way. could it be that she is seeing things differently now?
