Alright, so I’m 19. I’m a straight guy, and still no girlfriend. The reasons are: I don’t ask girls out enough, and when I do (rarely) it doesn’t work. The few girls who were into me were complete turn-offs for me for some reason. I also don’t have that many friends and do not go to social events very often.
I thought about perhaps creating an online profile on a website. Why? You can be a little bit more picky and also have a higher chance of finding someone nice (searching based on interests, what they write about themselves, etc…).
I think that overall I’m okay, I’m just lacking experience. And I would like to start dating.
What’s the general opinion about these matching websites? And I think that being a university student with no car and little money is also a problem :\

I am a guy who is 33 and I am new to online dating sites. I’ve only tried one so far and it is free. It kind of seems like a real longshot for a guy though. My brother says that hundreds of guys flood women’s inboxes for dates. I don’t know, it just seems like there are more dudes than women on there. Seems like the odds aren’t in a guy’s favor. do they exist? like for eastern europeans or hispanic? I was on my friends myspace profile and followed her link to Christianmingle.com. But i would have to be a paying member to email guys. I came to the conclusion that I may want to search online for a guy, since I am now looking for someone to consider marriage with. Are there any free dating websites where I do not have to pay to e-mail people? People are using Dating websites to find them a date and may be good for man or women. I’m seeking reputable and respectable on-line dating websites for Asians or people who would like to date Asians. This question has been asked before and someone suggested to scan the computer. Please can anyone tell me what scanning program will work? Can I download from internet? |
