What Would Be A Good Web Design Syllabus?

I am looking for an up-to -date syllabus along with links to resources. If none exists then please advise as to how you would teach yourself, in retrospect, how to program stuff for the web. I’d like to be able to create my own site much like ebay and I am also very interested in the Learning management system for e-learning. Check out ellis online mba program. This is the best LMS that I have seen up to date. So far I have the following but I was wondering if there is anything better. Would You Ever Consider Dating Someone You Met Online?

I talk to this amazing guy almost daily and he has the best sense of humor and he is so sweet but this still is online and I just got out of a relationship. It wouldn’t be like me to date someone that I met online but he is really extremley tempting.
Okay then not really dating exactly but is it stupid to want to want to meet him IRL?
How can you make sure it’s going to be safe, what are some tips? I totally trust him but in a way I don’t want to be that trusting, I just don’t know what to do!! I really want to meet him and see if anythings there for us.

Would You Ever Use An Online Dating Service, Like Match Or Chemistry?

I think it might be a little on the desperate side to even consider..or sad…I’m not sure but the idea of meeting people scientifically proven to get along with me seems better than all these crazy dates I’ve been going on… I still have reservations tho. Opinions?
