I’m a 19 year old lesbian and I’ve been trying out some online dating sites in hopes of finding a girl to hang out with or possible start dating during the summer while I’m home from college. The downside is that all the dating sites I’ve tried allow you to view other members profiles, send a little greeting (like “Hi there!”), but not actually get in contact with the person unless you’re willing to pay upwards of 20 dollars for a monthly subscription.
Anyway, I found this really cute girl who lives fairly close to me on one of these sites, and would like to contact her. I checked the web for other instances of the username she used on the dating site, and was able to find a website (a lesbian story site) in which she had posted her e-mail address.
Would it be considered way creepy to e-mail her, or do you think she would find it to be sweet that someone wanted to get in touch with her that badly?
Seriously, I’m not a creeper, I just know how to use the internet.
hi i don’t think its creepy my sisters a lesbian and she said she would be flattered so go for it
Well, it seems to me that if she’s using a dating site she wants someone to find her. And it doesn’t seem (at least to me) that looking up someone on Google is that different from looking them up in the phonebook. Just my opinion, though…
id say sweet….. go for it and good luck
well if she put her e-mail out there, i’d suggest that she is wanting people to email her! so go foor itt!!
You are not creepy!!!, I know what you mean about these sites I have been on them my self from a male point of view and i wish you would tell me how you do it? but any way just one word of caution if she is on the net then are you being careful? you say you are good on the computer, then give your self a new web address and send the message if it doesn’t work out just block her emails or close the new web address??
lesbians….*shakes head*
